toddler blood in urine, no other symptoms at all?

we took my 2.5 year old to the doctor and there was blood in the urine after a strip test. He said that they will do further testing and not to be worried. she doesn’t have a uti because there are no other symptoms.
any one had the same experience? what symptoms did your child have?
