Blood Glucose Strips

I had my membranes stripped yesterday and then 3am I lost my mucus plug which had brown spots of blood in it…This afternoon i passed another “blob” of mucus but it was full of bright red blood. Is this normal? What are some of your experiences?

I have been off of them for a good 5 months already and just kinda forgot about my diabetes. I just assumed I was doing good because I felt just fine until about a month ago I started getting unusually fatigued. It just got worse and worse until I couldn’t hardly get out of bed anymore. I finally realized that it could be my blood sugar after all this time but I can’t monitor it bc I need some strips but my question is: Has anyone out there experienced anything similar to this with their diabetes when it gets out of control? Does your fatigue just continue to get worse until you die or get it under control?
I have begun taking meds again now to control it.
