Starch molecules are too big to fit through the semipermeable membrane. Glucose diffused out of the bag, but not all of it diffused out of the bag -- it diffused to reach concentration equilibrium with the surrounding bath outside the bag. (You'll need to add a sentence about whether and which direction Lugol's diffused). None of the starch diffused out of the bag.
