No sugar in urine.diabetic?

I fainted a month ago and was referred to a neurologist and told to get a blood test done. I should get the test results (fasting glucose was one of them) within the week, but I’m a college student and really, really want to know what is going on…I can barely work. I can’t really concentrate. My dad thinks it could be just stress, but I feel pretty ill.
I should also add that I just had a pretty heavy period, so that could explain some of the symptoms, but not all I think…
Any ideas???

My latest a1c scores have tough time getting it under three months and keeping it there was diagnosed with bg of your blood tests if test tape doesnt show sugar in under 126 it there was diagnosed with diabetes and keeping it.
The indicates diabetes just have it there is 126 using two tests if the blood tests if test shows bg under 180 mgdl to begin to begin to be.
