my puppy had blood in his poop?
i have a 14 week old golden lab puppy. hes great he loves to play and be energetic. i had noticed he had blood in his diharia(cant spell too early in the morning). my brother thinks its because he LOvES to eat mud or gnaw at sharp sticks and twigs. he also loves to nibble on rocks. im in the process of breaking the habit. he has a treat thats called Beggin Strips. they are also a red color. it may be because of that too? my pup pooped like drips the first time, then next day some regular poop (i think he went kinda far out i know i should be keeping a eye on it but i never thaught that it would get this seriouse =/) when my dog dripped blood the blood looked fresh and it was not dark or like black or anything like that it looked like fresh red blood. im only 14 so i dont have a car or money for the vets. i live in tuxedo n.y and i dont think there are any shelters that would like to check him for free. also the second time he pooped it was like pasty dihriah and not completly watery. at the end of his poop the diahria started fading to a redder color. the third time wich was today was when he took a poop and it was watery and then stop dripps came out. my dog has been vaccinated from parvo and i really hope its not eriouse
he poops blood sometimes but usually its fine.
P.S when i got him i saw him poop and it was fine. could it be from the change of diet? im giving him puppy chow but am soon planing to switch to BilJak. also my puppy loves to horse around and jump and wrestle and things like that.
please help me i just got this dog a week or 2 ago and i dont want to loose him. please if u advise me to go to a vet can u find one that can do it for free like a veternarian at a shelter.like i said i live in Tuxedo N.Y 10987.
Thanks Alot\

The puppy would be worried about possible foreign body and radiographs would be necessary if diarrhea continues your pup could get really needs to go to.
