Ok so this weekend i want to go and get really drunk with my friends in LA. I’m not planning on driving but my parents don’t want me drinking so they have been giving me these little strips that measure the blood alcohol level. IS there a way to beat this or sober up within a four hour time span?

Respect your parents. If you have a 4.1GPA and want to get into that uni, respect your parents. You don’t need to be drinking, worry about that AFTER you get out of school. Alcohol can be a lot of fun, but you don’t need that right now.
