Autie asked:

I’m 39 weeks pregnant and the doctor stripped my membranes this morning. I had been feeling cramping for a few days now and even had some actually contractions last Saturday for a couple hours. After the procedure I had some stronger cramping so I followed with walking the mall for an hour and a half and sex… After that I saw some mucus with a few drops of blood.
After a nap I’m no longer feeling the cramping. :( About how much longer will all of this take?? Any suggestions on getting this started any sooner?

PS. I’m 1cm dialated, and the baby has dropped already.
